SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic (United States) shipping policy.
I am based out of Washington State. Shipping times may vary, depending on your location, the time of year, and current USPS package volumes.
I aim to fulfill and hand off orders to USPS for shipment within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an email from ship@pirateship.com titled “Alexis Knightly LLC” with tracking information, as well as my shop emails from contact@alexisknightly.com, informing you that your order has been received and another when it’s been processed.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
I ship exclusively through USPS and will choose one of the following shipping methods, depending on the items in your order. Click to read about each USPS shipping method.
Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days. Chosen if your order contains books.
First Class Mail: 1-5 business days. Chosen if your order contains only stickers.
Media Mail: 2-8 business days. Chosen if your order contains only books. (I’ve been adding free swag lately, so MM is unlikely)
Depending on order size, I may upgrade an order to Priority Mail (1-3 business days) at my own discretion.
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order is fulfilled and handed off to the postal service.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because my products are personalized, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Meaning, they are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
An exception may be granted if you believe your book has a big fault (and you did not order an ‘imperfect’ product), such as large misprints that affect the quality of the product or errors in personalization, please email contact@alexisknightly.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the issue. Exceptions will not be made for dinged corners, bent pages, or any other damage that may have been made during shipment.
